Its been awhile since I posted last and I wanted to update a little and also let you know what I have been up to.
So my biggest acomplishment is getting really consistent with my bike riding and I have been doing one long bike ride every weekend, that being said I mean longer -13-26.5 miles.
I am walking at least two times per week through the end of October but would like to increase to three times per week.
I am feeling really excited but want to get more involved and see if maybe I could do something during this year for the kids.
I used to make cupcakes once a month when I had my cup cake company and bring to "Believe in tomorrow" a few years ago, the kids used to love it.
So I hope I can do something to brighten up at least a few little once.
